Story Circles Workshop on Active Listening |

On August 18, 2025, Happiness Studio hosted a delightful and highly engaging Story Circle workshop led by Ms. Neha Gupta and her team for children at Swashrit Society, Karol Bagh. The workshop was focused on active listening, with all the children sitting comfortably in a large circle.
The activity began with the facilitator giving the opening line: "There was a cow who was happily eating grass in a green field".
From there, the story passed to each child, with every participant adding their own creative line. What started as a simple story about a cow soon developed into unexpected ways. New characters appeared: a lion entered the scene, followed by a policeman, and later, to everyone's amusement, even Shahrukh Khan joined the story. Children laughed and clapped with excitement as the tale became funnier and more imaginative.
This collaborative storytelling not only sparked children's creativity and imagination but also enhanced their listening skills, confidence in speaking, and sense of teamwork.
